Joel Katz will be holding three master classes in vocal technique and performance on Saturday afternoon, November 27, 2009,  January 30, 2010, and February 27, 2010 from 4:00-7:00 PM, at his home studio, 96 King Edward. Participants will be limited to 6, at a cost of $50, auditors $15. Interested singers are asked to bring three selections to work on in the class. We will offer specific suggestions for solving  problems with breath technique, support, placement, and constriction in the vocal tract. Our intention in this class is to help the singer achieve greater emotional, technical and interpretive freedom in perlformance.
